Welded or seamless?
Welded pipe is formed from plate or strip and welded along its length. It is economical and suits most general process, water and structural applications. Seamless pipe has no weld seam and is usually specified for higher pressures, higher temperatures and more critical service. Tell us about your application and we will help you select the right option.
Custom lengths and further processing
We provide custom lengths and cut-to-length pieces for precision in every order. Our in-house processing options include:
- Drilling and boring
- Milling
- Threading
- U-bends
Whether you need heat exchanger tubes, condenser tubes or instrumentation tubing, we deliver high-quality results tailored to your needs.
Frequently asked questions
Can you cut pipe to length?
Yes. We supply custom lengths and cut-to-length pieces.
What should I include in my quote request?
Tell us the alloy or grade, welded or seamless, the pipe size and wall thickness or schedule, the lengths and the quantity you need.
What is the difference between pipe and tube?
Pipe is generally specified by nominal bore and schedule and is used to convey fluids. Tube is specified by exact outside diameter and wall thickness. See our stainless steel tube page.
